- A Termination clause will inform that users’ accounts on your website and mobile app or users’ access to your website and mobile (if users can’t have an account with you) can be terminated in case of abuses or at your sole discretion.
- A Governing Law will inform users which laws govern the agreement. This should the country in which your company is headquartered or the country from which you operate your web site and mobile app.
- A Links To Other Web Sites clause will inform users that you are not responsible for any third party web sites that you link to. This kind of clause will generally inform users that they are responsible for reading and agreeing (or disagreeing) with the Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policies of these third parties.
- If your website or mobile apps allows users to create content and make that content public to other users, a Content section will inform users that they own the rights to the content they have created.

Delivery Terms: *We deliver fresh ingredients to your home seven days a week. *Deliveries to the following areas are free: 1) Manhattan 100th Street and below 2) Most of Brooklyn 3) Queens, west of the Cross Island Parkway *Deliveries to the following areas have a delivery charge: 1) Manhattan above 100th Street 2) Staten Island 3) Queens, east of the Cross Island Parkway and west of Exit 52 off of the Long Island Expressway 495 *In addition to New York, we also have paid deliveries to New Jersey. The delivery times and regions are as follows: 1) Elizabeth, Woodbridge and Edison every Thursday 2) Jersey City, Hoboken and Weehawken every Friday 3) Englewood, Englewood Cliffs, Fort Lee, Edgewater and Cliffside Park every Saturday 4) Livingston deliveries are every Sunday and there is a pick-up point at Short Hills *Other areas will be mailed via UPS. If the transit is within 150 miles of New York City, the postage is only $9 per box, up to 25 pounds, depending on what you purchase. Please contact customer service for details. *If you are not in a free shipping area, there will be a shipping fee of $10. There is a $70 order minimum for deliveries.
